On 11 September 2025, the National Human Resource Centre (NHRC) participated in a briefing session organised by the Malaysian Employers Federation (MEF) for their stakeholders in an effort to support the Persons with Disabilities (PWD) Development, an initiative designed to empower PWD with essential skills through competency-based trainings and certifications. The briefing session was also joined by the International Labour Organization (ILO), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and Social Security Organisation (SOCSO).
The session reaffirmed HRD Corp’s commitment to demonstrating how structured programmes and levy-supported upskilling and reskilling schemes can enhance employability, foster career progression and strengthen inclusivity across sectors.
