Associate Professor Sr. Ts. Dr. Noorsidi Aizuddin is a Lecturer of Real Estate at the Faculty of Built Environment and Surveying (FABU), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) with extensive experience in both education sector and business management. He is currently the CEO of MaGICX Sdn Bhd, a sub-subsidiary of UTM and Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA), Malaysia.

Previously, he was the Vice President (Consultation) of the Center for Real Estate Studies (CRES), Manager of the UTM Technovation Park, and Quality Manager at the faculty. He was also the Head of Fellows for the CEO@Faculty 2.0 Cycle 2 (AIxCHANGE) programme, a flagship academia-industry linkages programme under the Ministry of Education, Malaysia.

He holds a PhD from Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia. His fields of expertise include Property Economics, Real Estate Valuation, Housing Policy and Issues, Community Development, Urban Studies, and Property Development. He is a Registered Probationary Valuer with The Board of Valuer, Appraisers, Estate Agent & Property Manager Malaysia (BOVAEAP).

Since 2015, he has served as a dependable examiner for professional exams administered by BOVAEAP and a member of the Malaysian Qualifications Agency’s expert panel for the accreditation programme for Malaysian real estate. In recognition of his contributions, he has been awarded numerous prizes, and has been appointed as the Editorial Boards of several journals (2014-2021). He is also currently one of the Perlindungan Kanak Kanak Johor (RPKKJ) Board of Directors, an NGO under the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development.
