Associate Professor Dr. Airil Haimi Mohd Adnan is a multiple award-winning UiTM senior lecturer and multidisciplinary social scientist with extensive research experience in education, training and the future of work. Other than his doctorate, he holds three Master’s degrees, two Bachelor’s degrees, and multiple postgraduate diplomas and professional certificates.

With more than 23 years of experience in the education sector, he has served and continues to serve universities, government institutions and corporate organisations in Malaysia, Brunei, India, Indonesia, New Zealand, Philippines and Singapore in various consulting and training capacities, including policy formation for career growth and professional development.

Recently, he was attached to the Academic Excellence Division at the Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia. As a public academic, he has produced more than 150 proceedings papers, journal articles, book chapters and books; written more than 500 academic articles for ASEAN newspapers and magazines; and appeared more than 200 times on ASEAN television and radio stations.
