Dr. Ranjit Singh Malhi is the CEO and Principal Consultant of the TQM Consultants Sdn. Bhd. specializing in Total Quality Management, Management Development, Personal Development, Teaching and Learning, and Graduate Employability and Soft Skills.

He is the author of three international bestsellers; Enhancing Personal Quality: Empowering Yourself to Attain Peak Performance at Work, Enhancing Self-Esteem: Reengineering Yourself for Success in the New Millennium, and Make Yourself Employable: How Graduates Can Hit the Ground Running! He has written more than 100 articles on Total Quality Management, Teaching and Learning, Personal Development, Leadership and Management, and Graduate Employability and Soft Skills which were published in leading Malaysian newspapers. In 2000, he identified the competencies of Malaysian High-Performance Managers and most admired attributes of Malaysian Leaders.

He is also currently the Adjunct Professor at Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation and a Senior Corporate Fellow of Asia e-University.
