Mr. Noor Iskandar Hashim Noor is the Learning and Development Specialist of FGV Holdings Berhad. He has more than 30 years in L&D at different organizations such as Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange, RHB Capital, Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC) and many more. He is uniquely qualified, skilled and experienced in all major areas of L&D including strategic L&D, managing the training function, L&D improvement, people performance and also a trainer/facilitator of leadership, management and personal development. He also has experience heading HR operations as well as other non-HR functions such as corporate strategy, communications and outreach in Cybersecurity Malaysia.

Apart from holding a Masters degree in Business Strategy, Leadership and Change from Heriot-Watt University Malaysia and a Bachelor degree holder of the English Language and Literature from University of Massachusetts, Amherst, he is also a Certified Human Resource Director, Human Resource Management from the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM).
