Mr. Razman Radzi is currently the Chief Human Capital Officer of FGV Holdings Berhad. Previously, he was the General Manager of Johor Corporation, spearheading the setting up of an integrated corporate and people development centre for both public and private sectors in the state of Johor.

He has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources spanning numerous industries such as manufacturing, oil and gas, banking, property development, plantation, engineering and investment holding. He sits on the Board of one company in Johor Corporation and currently serves as Deputy President of the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM). Previously, he had also served as a panel member of the Industrial Court.
