Mr. Rutheran Sivagnanam owned a legal firm and practice under The Chambers of Sivagnanam & Associates. As the Head of Chambers, he oversees a wide area of practice involving both advisory services and dispute resolution. He remains active in the field of employment, industrial relations and administrative law. He also provides advisory services and representation in disputes involving individual claims and collective disputes, in addition to complex industry-level trade disputes in the banking, insurance and commercial sector.

He has also been involved in numerous groundbreaking Industrial Court cases in various fields such as union strikes, sexual harassment, collective agreement, wages and reward system.

He is also a member of the International Bar Association, General Council of the Bar of England & Wales, Society of Conservative Lawyers (U.K).
