Ms. Malini Vijaya Rajah has over 28 years of experience in HR & Organisational Culture, Leadership, and HR business partnering. Malini has been passionately driving effective solutions in leadership development and talent management, culture and diversity, change management, customer experience, and consultative selling.

Her comprehensive and in-depth experience in Technology, GBS, Banking, FMCG Wholesale & Luxury retail organisations across Asia, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Malini’s ability to engage with diverse cultures has added tremendous value for employee value propositions and employer branding for organisations across the region.

As the Group Chief People Officer of Censof Holdings Berhad, she spearheads Group Talent Management & Digital HR Transformation initiatives in the Tech sector. This would include leadership bench-building and capability development, and adopting HR digital technology to make businesses simpler, leaner, and faster.

Her passion is in the development of HR capabilities and competencies i.e.to elevate the HR standards in Malaysia and ASEAN, representing the global HR Certification body, HRCI in Malaysia, as the Managing Director of HRCI in Malaysia represented by Promeritus, and as a Research Fellow of NHRC, she is instrumental in driving the HRCI and NHRC Dual HR Certifications nationwide.

Being a strong believer in both heart and head; she believes in being more human and more personal, whilst using analytics and digital to improve, measure and grow. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth. To reinforce the ‘Human’ in Human Resources, she became a certified Emotional & Social Intelligence Coach from the Institute of Social & Emotional Intelligence, United States.
