Ms. Tahirah Manesah Abu Bakar is the Founder of Nasara Consult. Previously she was also the Specialist Consultant and partner of Funktional Solutions. She has more than 24 years of experience in Industrial Relations and HR Professionals across a spectrum of industries. She is also an academic subject matter expert in employee dismissal law, a social influencer, a speaker and digital writer on workplace issues, industrial relations and employment laws.

Being one of the panel members of the Industrial Court in Malaysia, she holds a Masters degree in Science Management from Asia e-University, Malaysia and a Bachelor of Laws degree from The University of Greenwich, United Kingdom. She is also a Mentor under the Australian HR Institute and Human Resources and Finance Community, as well as being listed in the Top 100 LinkedIn Icons in Malaysia 2020.
