Professor Dr. Chandrakantan Subramaniam is a lecturer in Human Resource Management and being in the School of Business Management, Universiti Utara Malaysia for more than 20 years.

Apart from having 59 publications on HR related topics, he was also appointed as the Deputy Director at Cooperative and Entrepreneurship Development Institute (CEDI) at UUM from 2011 to 2015.

He is also a Certified Professional Trainer by the Malaysian Institute of Management, Human Resource Development Fund accredited Trainer and Certified Trainer for Business Simulation Training by the EURO-PEN International Practice Enterprise Network. Recently he is appointed to lead the CEDI and embarking into developing student start-up business and spin-off companies.
